production time:

All of our hats are handmade and made to order in our studio on the South Coast, Australia, so please allow up to 4 weeks for production time prior to shipping the hat off to you.

However, If you are requiring an urgent order to be completed between two - four weeks production time, depending on availability, this request can be arranged with additional costs. Please contact us at hello@thesaltycrown.com

Australia:

Free Domestic Standard Shipping within Australia.

Domestic Express Shipping costs within Australia is $25 AUD.

We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, however please allow 2-7 business days (not including weekends or public holidays), and please note that shipping to rural locations may vary.

International:

International Standard Shipping costs are $35 AUD

International Express Shipping costs are $55 AUD.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for your delivery. We strongly advise delivery times will vary greatly depending on location.

Please allow extra time during peak seasons to avoid disappointment.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

The Salty Crown cannot mark international orders as gifts in an order to bypass or reduce customs fees.

Please make sure when making a purchase with The Salty Crown that you have provided us with the correct contact and shipping details. We will provide you with tracking information with every order and make every effort to make sure your package reaches you, but please note that The Salty Crown is NOT held responsible for lost or stolen items.

Returns Policy:

We are extremely diligent on quality control checks prior to shipping the hat off to you and we are confident every hat we send out is at very high handmade quality. Each hat will not be the same as the next as the handmade process creates uniqueness in every hat.

All sales are final. Each hat is made to order and made according to the size that you have chosen. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, so please make sure you have measured your head correctly (refer to size guide) and matched it according to the size of the hat you are purchasing.
