All of our hats are handmade and made to order in our Sydney studio, so please allow up to three weeks (21 business days) for production time prior to shipping the hat off to you.
Shipping is via Australia Post. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, however please allow 2-5 business days (not including weekends or public holidays), and please note that shipping to rural locations may vary.
We ship worldwide and to all international destinations.
International shipping is via Australia Post. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your delivery. Australia Post strongly advise delivery times will vary greatly depending on location.
Please allow extra time during peak seasons to avoid disappointment.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Please make sure when making a purchase with The Salty Crown that you have provided us with the correct contact and shipping details. We will provide you with tracking information with every order and make every effort to make sure your package reaches you, but please note that The Salty Crown is NOT held responsible for lost or stolen items.
All sales are final. Each hat is made to order and made according to the size that you have chosen. With placing an order, you have purchased the hat. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges, so please make sure you have measured your head correctly and matched it according to the size of the hat you are purchasing.
We are extremely diligent on quality control checks prior to shipping the hat off to you and we are confident every hat we send out is at very high handmade quality. Each hat will not be the same as the next as the handmade process creates uniqueness in every hat.
